Nike Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” Re-releases in 2021
With the upcoming “Oregon Ducks” revamp, we can certainly spot a trend with Air Jordan 5s: reintroducing the legends. There is no denying that the 2009 Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” is one of the most coveted non-OG colorway, upholding an $1000 USD price tag in the resale market.
According to unofficial sources, Jordan Brand may be re-releasing the “Raging Bull” colorway in 2021. Even though it’s nowhere near confirmed, rumors about it have spread like wild fire.
The 2021 version of the Air Jordan 5 “Raging Bull” is believed to be a true-to-form recreation of the original, which is very comforting to all sneaker collectors.
Dressed in all-red suede, the upper features all the signature AJ5 elements: translucent mesh panels, “23” numbering on the ankle and black accents on the insole. Topping it off is a metallic silver tongue retaining the 3M element from the OG. Jumpman logos in black can be found on the tongue and heel.
As for the sole, we can expect a faithful replication of the 2009 version. The iconic shark teeth detailing comes in a red/white combo, while the black midsole is enveloped by a semi-translucent outsole in cream.
Currently, there’s no words from Jordan Brand confirming the “Raging Bull” reboot. But rumors suggest that the pair will receive a release date no later than mid 2021. So let’s take a look at the 2009 rendition and hope for the best:
